“ I brought my recently widowed mom into East Hills to look for a new Subaru to replace her old Outback. The first person we encountered was Michael Chiofalo and from the start he was phenomenal. He was really great with my mom, very caring and aware of her uncertainty and fragility. We test drove a Forester and then a Crosstrek. He presented us with an offer and we told him we had another appointment at another dealer so we would get back to him. We did leave a refundable deposit since there was only one model available there. We received a better offer from another dealer but my mom was so impressed by Michael’s integrity and approach with us she wanted to go back and give them a chance to match the offer. We bought the car from Michael and he spent a great deal of time patiently reviewing the different options on the dashboard display. We are thrilled with the purchase and will be going back for our next Subaru because of Michael. Thank you!! ”
